At this point, the most highly loaded solenoids of the hydraulic unit (linear pressure and torque converter blocking) and the lining of this blocking usually “fit”. Occasionally, additional problems are identified during the inspection process, especially if the oil is changed less frequently than it should be.
Subaru does not release the original solenoids, only the hydraulic unit as a whole, and 1 500-1 700 euros for the part in the collection looks a bit excessive. Original repair kits are also expensive.
